SMS message tones are one of the features of cell phones that interest many mobile phone users. Many of us, for example, want to have a distinct SMS message tone for every contact stored in our cell phone.
But for those who want every name in their cell phone with personalized SMS message tones assigned to them, it actually depends on the type or model of cell phone that they own. Yes, different cell phone ring tones are easily assigned to every contact, but when it comes to message ringtones, you must have a much higher tech model to activate such feature.
For example, the latest models of Nokia and Motorola cell phones support such feature of assigning a particular sms message tone for a certain contact, but other cell phone brands do not allow such feature.
My current Nokia cell phone brand (Nokia 1100) is outdated and limited in features, and unfortunately cannot support this message tone feature. Albeit it does help to really identify fast who might be texting if you having the SMS message tone feature. At least in my case, that’s the only positive use of such feature.
